Marta Kremova
Mental Health Clinician/Counsellor
I am a Mental health clinician with a Master of Social work and a Master of Counselling. Throughout my career I have been working with young people and their families, adults, families, and couples who had experienced a range of issues such as grief and loss, relationship issues, trauma, mental health challenges – really, in a few words helping people with change however it may look like for them, whether creating it or responding to it. I am an integrative therapist who has a systemic vision of the individual, and this is to say that I would always consider the circumstances and the relationships as each of us is always a part of a bigger picture. If asked how to describe my work, I would say I aim to help people find hope and heal so they can see the possibilities for themselves and for change, and to implement strategies for accessing these in their lives.
I am trained in
Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT)
Family therapy (FT)
Internal family systems therapy (IFS)
Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT)

Evidence-based emotional freedom technique (Tapping) (EFT)
